Maltese Blogosphere - Flame Grilled
More blogs herded into Chalee's slaughterhouse to be mercylessly poked fun at;
http://rodmallia.blogspot.com/ Penned by that weird scientist-scribbler-socrates amalgam that is Rodrick Mallia, 'Hsibijiet...' is one of the most literate corners of the Bigilla-Blogosphere, and, inevitably, one of the quirkiest. Chock full of highly entertaining outpourings of existentialist frustration Rod's Blog is is the place to visit if you feel like being angry in a well-read manner. To top it all he even places the 'gh' in all the correct places! Can you get any more radical than that without wearing dreadlocks? Surf over, and be edified.
(Incidentally, does the use of the phrase 'surf over' sound too 1999, and therefore render me terminally unhip?)
http://wizgha.blogspot.com/, also known as Kenneth's Online Repository is yet another highly amusing blog from a right-wing loony type, complete with obligatory laments on the state of the Maltese armed forces and expressions of irration at commie activities such as strikes. The boy also salivates at the prospect of a West-Islam apocalypse and there's an effusively lyrical entry on guitarosexuality somewhere. Give me this insanity over 'The Independent' any day.

I have not heard of people 'surfing' the web in a very very long time: not since those 'hip', 'fly' businessmen on mobiles the size of skyscrapers were showing off their laptop's web'surfing' capabilities.
Bleuh.
Well sir, it's good to be here. No. 1 spot is debatable, though: good old Chalee's soapbox is a very hard act to pip to the post. Perhaps only a mention in your next 'lightly roasted' addition will confirm it, eh?
Putting the għ in all the correct places is radical???
What's that supposed to mean? That spelling Maltese words wrong is cool?
Nice blog by the way... I've just subscribed.
Antoine I am marvellously glad to have you here; all the signs point towards your being an excellent fellow. First of all, we share a surname. Secondly, you approve of my blog, which is a clear indication of your good taste in all things. Welcome.
And you share your first name with my father. Nice coincidence.
Thanks for the welcome. Regarding the "radical" habit of placing the għ in the correct place, I thought you were being serious... and I've just seen your comment on Rod's blog. Sorry about that!
Haha nice one Chal! Thanks for the "Flame-Grilled not Fried" comment. Tasty.
Well, if we're stuck to the dichotomy of ideological extremists, I guess it's better to be called a "right-wing loony" rather than a "tree-hugging commie", so thanks for ze 'compliment' (?), Dottore :)
